BRDGE Insights LLC, including affiliates ("BRDGE", "Company", "us", "we", or "our") respects your privacy. When you visit https://www.brdgeinsights.com/ (the "Site") and/or sign in through the Strēm platform (the "Registered Account" or "Portal"), BRDGE collects certain information about you in order to create a Registered Account, provide services as defined in your Service Agreement or applicable subscription ("Services"), learn more about who uses the Site, and make improvements to benefit Site visitors, BRDGE Clients and Registered Users (the "Experience"). To learn what information BRDGE collects, what BRDGE does with that information, and your options regarding this information, please read the BRDGE Privacy Policy below.

We use your data to provide Services and improve the Experience. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy as well as agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible from https://www.brdgeinsights.com/terms-conditions

 

1. Definitions

Cookies - Cookies are small pieces of data stored on your device (computer or mobile device).

Client - The Client is any individual or organization that has subscribed to the Services under a Professional License, Team License, or Enterprise License.

Data Controller - Data Controller means the natural or legal person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal information are, or are to be, processed. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, we are a Data Controller of your Personal Data.

Data Processors (or Service Providers) - Data Processor (or Service Provider) means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller. We may use the services of various Service Providers in order to process your data more effectively.

Data Subject (or User) - Data Subject is any living individual who is using our Service and is the subject of Personal Data.

Enterprise License - An Enterprise License grants access for larger organizations with a full Master Account and User Account structure, subject to a separate executed Service Agreement.

Master Account - The Master Account is the primary account of an Enterprise Client subscribing for the Services, accessed and managed by the Client's appointed Primary Contact(s).

Personal Data - Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).

Primary Contact - Person(s) who are elected to serve as administrator(s) by the Client and manage the Master Account (Enterprise License) or the primary account (Team License).

Primary User - Registered User who will provide all data updates to the Portal.

Professional License - A Professional License grants one individual user access to the Strēm platform for their own professional investment research use.

Registered Users - Users who are given access to the Services, including Primary Contact(s).

Services - Services provided by BRDGE to Client as agreed upon in a separate Service Agreement (Enterprise License) or as specified at checkout (Professional and Team Licenses), each incorporated by reference.

Team License - A Team License grants access to a defined number of users within a group or organization, as specified in the applicable subscription tier.

Usage Data - Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

User Account - An individual account created for a Registered User to utilize the Services.

2. Eligibility and Scope

2.1 Age and Location Requirements

The Site and Services are intended for individuals who are:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Initially based in the United States (though Services may expand to international users in the future)

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2.2 Two-Tier Privacy Approach

BRDGE operates with two levels of privacy coverage:

Public Website (brdgeinsights.com): Basic Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to all visitors accessing general information about our AI-Powered Investment Research Tool.

Strēm Platform (Portal): Enhanced Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to all Clients and Registered Users who have completed the applicable subscription or onboarding process and have login credentials to access the full platform features. Certain provisions within this Policy may apply differently depending on your License type (Professional, Team, or Enterprise) as noted throughout.

3. Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

3.1 Information Collected from Website Visitors (Pre-Demo)

Before scheduling a demonstration, we may collect:

  • Contact name

  • Company name (where applicable)

  • Email address for each person attending the demo

  • Phone number (optional)

  • Information about your firm's current challenges or needs (to tailor the demo)

  • Other information reasonably necessary to provide the demo

3.2 Information Collected During Demonstrations

During product demonstrations (conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, another platform, or in-person), we may collect:

  • Feedback on the platform and features

  • Contact information for additional attendees not previously provided

  • Contact information for specific decision makers for follow-up demonstrations

  • Notes from discussions about your firm's investment research needs

  • Other information reasonably necessary to follow up

Note: Demonstration participants do not receive login credentials. Demonstrations are conducted by BRDGE representatives showing the platform in real-time.

3.2 Personal Data Collected at Subscription or Account Creation

The information we collect at signup depends on your License type:

Professional License (Individual Users)

Upon subscribing, individual users provide:

  • Full name

  • Valid email address

  • Valid phone number

  • Payment information

  • Any additional information reasonably requested by BRDGE

Team License

Upon subscribing, Team License holders provide:

  • Company or group name (if applicable)

  • Primary administrator name, title, email address, and phone number

  • Payment information

  • Any additional information reasonably requested by BRDGE

Enterprise License

Upon executing a Service Agreement, Enterprise Clients provide:

  • Company Information:

    • Company name

    • Company address

    • Company phone number

    • Type of firm (RIA, Hedge Fund, Asset Management, etc.)

  • Platform Administrator (Primary Contact) Information:

    • Administrator name

    • Administrator title

    • Valid administrator email address

    • Valid administrator phone number

  • Primary User Information:

    • User name

    • User title

    • Valid user email address

    • Valid user phone number

3.3 Account Setup

Professional License: Upon completing checkout and accepting these Terms, the subscriber will receive an email invitation to activate their account, create a password, and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Team License: The primary administrator will receive an email invitation to activate the account and invite additional users up to the number permitted by their tier. Each invited user must create their own individual credentials.

Enterprise License - Master Account Creation: Upon signing a new Service Agreement, the Client will be set up on the Portal using company information and designated Primary Contact and Primary User to create the Master Account. The Primary User will receive an email with a link to accept an invitation, enter additional information, agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and create a password in the Portal.

Enterprise License - User Account Creation: When additional Registered Users create a User Account on the Portal, they are asked to provide Personal Data to verify their identity and affiliation with the Client, confirm contact information, and determine eligibility to access the Services. The number of User Accounts available depends on the Client's subscription tier.

You agree to keep your information up-to-date so that it is always complete and accurate. You must provide verification of this information at any time if requested by BRDGE.

3.4 Information Collected Automatically

When you access our Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)

  • Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent, click patterns)

  • Log data (access times, error logs, referring URLs)

  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

3.5 Financial Data and Investment Information

Our Strēm platform and AI chatbot collect and process:

  • Your queries and interactions with our AI tools

  • Investment research requests and preferences

  • Stock analysis requests and company fundamental evaluations

  • Market trend exploration data

  • Financial goals and investment strategies you share

  • Portfolio information you provide for analysis

  • Documents uploaded to the platform for analysis

  • Watchlist data

  • Coverage management preferences and analytics

3.6 Platform Features Information

As you use the Strēm platform, we collect data related to:

  • AI Chatbot: All queries, prompts, and interactions

  • Dashboard: Customization preferences and usage patterns

  • Watchlist: Securities and companies you monitor

  • News: Topics and sources you access

  • Coverage Management and Analytics: Research coverage preferences and analytical parameters

  • Document Sharing: Documents shared between users within your organization

  • Third-Party Integrations: Data accessed through optional integrations when available (Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.)

3.7 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from:

  • Payment processors (Stripe: https://stripe.com/privacy)

  • Identity verification services

  • Data enrichment providers

  • Publicly available financial data sources

  • Third-party platforms you choose to integrate (Slack, Teams, etc.)

All third-party applications and integrations are subject to their respective companies' terms of service and privacy policies. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their terms, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices before enabling any integrations.

3.8 Tracking Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

Cookies are files with small amounts of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service and/or Experience.

  • Facilitate the Service Agreement execution process (Enterprise)

  • Onboard new Clients and Registered Users

4.3 Communication

  • Send account-related notifications

  • Provide customer support

  • Send service updates and important notices

  • Send marketing communications (with your consent)

  • Notify you about changes to our Service and Experience

4.4 Security and Compliance

  • Verify your identity and, where applicable, affiliation with Client

  • Detect and prevent fraud

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Enforce our Terms and Conditions and Service Agreements

  • Protect our rights and those of our users

4.5 Analytics and Research

  • Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience

  • Conduct research and development

  • Generate aggregated, anonymized statistics

  • Monitor the usage of our Service and Experience

  • Detect, prevent and address technical issues

5. Data Security and Protection

BRDGE has implemented a security-first approach to ensure sensitive investment research remains protected and aligned with institutional standards.

5.1 Data Protection and Isolation

  • Firm-level data isolation: No cross-client visibility - each Client's data is completely segregated

  • Encrypted document ingestion and storage: All documents uploaded to the platform are encrypted

  • Secure handling of proprietary research: Your proprietary research materials are protected

  • Client data never used to train external models: Your data remains private and is not used to train AI models accessible to others

  • Controlled internal processing environment: Data processing occurs within secure, controlled environments

5.2 Compliance-Ready Architecture

Strēm is designed as an auditable research environment rather than a black-box tool. Key features include:

  • Source traceability

  • Structured outputs tied to supporting materials

  • Versioned research history

  • Repeatable workflows across analysts

This architecture supports regulatory scrutiny, internal compliance requirements, and buyer trust.

5.3 Security Measures Implemented

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest

  • Secure socket layer (SSL) technology

  • Regular security assessments

  • Access controls and authentication requirements

  • Employee training on data protection

5.4 Security Limitations

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

6.2 Within Your Organization (Team and Enterprise)

For Team and Enterprise License holders, information and documents may be shared among Registered Users within the same Client account or Master Account. This includes:

  • Shared documents and research

  • Collaborative workspace data

  • Analytics and coverage management information

Professional License holders' data is not shared with any other users.

6.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law or in response to:

  • Court orders or subpoenas

  • Legal processes or government requests

  • Protection of our rights, property, or safety

  • Investigation of potential violations of our Terms

  • To comply with a legal obligation

  • To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service or Experience

  • To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public

6.4 Business Transfers

In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.

6.5 With Your Consent

We may share information with third parties when you explicitly consent to such sharing.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

7.1 Hosted Platform and Third-Party Integrations

In providing the Services, BRDGE has integrated various applications and you will access your account via a hosted platform. When you choose to integrate third-party services (such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or other tools), those services' Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions will also apply to data shared with them. All third-party applications and integrations are subject to their respective companies' own terms of service and privacy policies.

7.3 Payment Processors

We use third-party services for payment processing. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

The payment processor we currently work with is Stripe. Their Privacy Policy can be viewed at https://stripe.com/privacy.

We may elect to work with other payment processors in the future, and their privacy policies will be made available on their respective websites.

8. Your Rights and Choices

8.1 Account Information

You may update or correct your account information by logging into your account or contacting us. It is your responsibility to keep your information current and accurate.

8.2 Marketing Communications

You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails or by contacting us. We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications by following the unsubscribe link.

8.3 Cookies and "Do Not Track" Signals

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. However, some features of our Services may not function properly without cookies.

We do not support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights:

  • The right to access, update or to delete the information we have on you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update or request deletion of your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.

  • The right of rectification. You have the right to have your information rectified if that information is inaccurate or incomplete.

  • The right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data.

  • The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.

  • The right to data portability. You have the right to be provided with a copy of the information we have on you in a structured, machine-readable and commonly used format.

  • The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where BRDGE relied on your consent to process your personal information.

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data. 8.6 California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:

  • Right to know what personal information is collected

  • Right to opt out of the sale of personal information

  • Right to request deletion of personal information

  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights

We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

8.7 Financial Privacy Rights (GLBA)

To the extent BRDGE is considered a financial institution subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA"), we are committed to protecting the privacy of nonpublic personal information ("NPI") we receive from our Clients in connection with providing the Services. Consistent with GLBA and applicable regulations:

  • We collect NPI only as necessary to provide the Services

  • We do not sell NPI to third parties

  • We share NPI with third parties only as permitted by law and described in this Privacy Policy

  • We maintain appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect NPI

9. Data Retention

BRDGE will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

BRDGE will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

9.1 Termination and Data Deletion

Account closure procedures and notice requirements vary by License type:

  • Enterprise License holders may close their account with thirty (30) days prior written notice to BRDGE as indicated within the Service Agreement.

  • Team and Professional License holders may close their account by cancelling their subscription through their account settings or by contacting BRDGE at support@brdgeinsights.com.

Upon closure of your account:

  • All Accounts associated with the Client shall be terminated

  • All data will be removed as specified in the applicable Service Agreement or these Terms

  • You will no longer have access to the Portal or your materials after the end of the current prepaid billing period.

  • BRDGE shall have no liability or responsibility for your materials following termination

It is your responsibility to backup any information prior to your account being terminated. Information that is deleted cannot be recovered.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

BRDGE will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Our Service and Experience may contain links to third-party websites or other content hosted on third-party websites ("External Links" and "External Media"). External Links and External Media are not affiliated with BRDGE and may contain malicious code, objectionable content, or content that violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

It is your responsibility to verify the location of External Links before clicking on them, and you assume all risks of clicking on External Links. Similarly, it is your responsibility to verify the content of External Media before viewing or listening to such media, and you assume all risks in viewing or listening to the media.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

BRDGE may process your Personal Data because:

  • We need to perform a contract with you (Service Agreement or subscription)

  • You have given us permission to do so

  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it's not overridden by your rights

The information and analysis provided through our Services, including our AI-powered chatbot, are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice. 15.2 AI Limitations

Our AI tools analyze data and provide insights based on algorithms and available information. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or limitations. You should independently verify all information before making investment decisions.
